posix-shell: Add aerc alias
This prefixes `aerc` with `mbsync -a &&`. While I prefer IMAP
connections on aerc I want to regularly copy all mails from the server
to my machine to have a backup on disk.
This can be viewed even without an internet connection and is included
in my BTRFS-based snapshot backups.
