Switch ClientId to `siaserver`
The old version `sia-server` was problematic since the MQTT
specification [1] ensures only this list of valid characters:
0123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
For every other character the broker might support this or not.
