articles: arch-installation: Fix storage extension
This fixes a regression. When switching to GPT partition tables it was ignored that GPT has a second header at the end of the storage device. Thus when copying to a larger device the header is not at the end anymore. This should not be the case and makes it impossible to extend the second partition. With `sgdisk` the header can be moved to the end which fixes the regression.
